OK, PLEEEEASE HELP Me MY TOES HURT!!!!?

ok, so i had this callus on each of my second toes and i REALLY wanted to pull it off. it didnt hurt, it was just ugly. it wasnt on the side of it, it was more like on the top. so i went to this website and it said to soak them and hot water for 5+ minutes and then gently scrub each corn with a pumice stone and i guess its supposed to come off. so i did that but...i kinda forgot the gentle part and it kind of ripped off and now there's a circle of pink skin where the corn was and it hurts like crap!!!

well, umm will the corn like, grow back or will the skin where the corn was grow back evenly? well, atleast the callus is gone for now!

Reply:Thank you for curing that craving I was having for ice cream. I definitely don't want food now.
Reply:sorry sweetie I'm an accountant not a doctor
Reply:despicable....
Reply:Foot Fetish guy should be emailing you a disturbing letter really soon...
Reply:Put neosporin with pain killer and a bandaid on it. The air on the exposed skin is causing the pain. Yes it will grow back; the skin, not the corn.
Reply:that just made me cringe.....put a band aid on it and leave it alone!
Reply:You should have been more gentle. You rubbed off your skin til it was raw!

It might come back.........but in the meantime........soak you feet in Epsom salts. It will make them feel much better.....

The skin will grow back correctly...you just scrubbed too hard with that pumice stone........hope this helped!
Reply:Calluses come from friction, like shoes rubbing your feet. over time this friction will harden the skin making that ugly callus. make sure your shoes fit properly. Ill-fitting footwear is a leading cause of corns, bunions, and a lot of other foot problems. The skin should grow back like you want it if you take care of your feet. And if there is a next time don't scrub so hard and so much...that will keep you from taking the good skin off under the callus.
