Post Baby Weight?

I've just had my second child 2 months ago, but still haven't lost weight from my first. I was 60kg before I fell pregnant the first time, and I'm now up to 89kg (google tells me this is going from 130 pounds to 196).

I've been walking to try and lose weight, but I'm a bit concerned because most of it is in my belly (I pretty much still look pregnant), and I'm worried that if I lose it all by walking %26amp; jogging I'll get a heap of saggy skin in my belly area.

Does anybody have any tips on how to lose weight, and how to minimise this excess-skin thing happening?

Post Baby Weight?
You will probably have some saggy skin regardless, but you can minimize it. Eat a low fat diet, do your walking for cardiovascular exercise, and add some weight training, concentrating on your abs. Doing all three will make the weight come off faster and will also tone up your muscles, keeping the sagginess at a minimum.
Reply:well, how close together did you have these kids. i mean, it took me nearly a year to lose the baby weight from my first son. ( i gained 50 lbs. and lost 40 of it. and i didn't really actively diet.) if you got pregnant again right away, you wouldn't have had much time to lose the weight from the first one. and how old are you? that can certainly be a factor.
Reply:you probably have to do some hard core working out. walking helps but you need to get those muscles back tight.
