Bulldog puppy hair?

HIS HAIR IS SUUPPPPER THIN!I just got a english bulldog puppy. He is 9 weeks old and he has very thin hair and can barely see his skin. Is this normal? Will he grow into it? SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

He was the runt of the litter. You can only see his skin faintly and ive seen 2 puppys that have had the same problem and they turned out fine. I took him to the vet and they said he was fine i just would like a second opinion.

Bulldog puppy hair?
yes he will be fine! He's only 9 weeks old! remember that! lol
Reply:he'll be fine! dont worry :]

good luck!

and congrats!
Reply:Puppy fur is much softer and finer then dog hair. As he matures you will notice a more coarser hair grow down the middle of his back.

Being the runt usually does not mean anything bad. I had a runt once, he turned out to be a 125lb moose!! 2 times the size of his mama. I saw 3 other pups from that litter when they were older and he was much bigger then the rest.

Just be sure to feed him great food and give him LOTS of loving!!

Reply:IF dog is from Russia take it back or get a second mortgage to cover your vet bills. Close family member had two with skin problems from a "Russian" breeder. Over $2,500 in vet bills during the first two years for a list of problems.
