My wheaten has a red paw?

My wheaten terrier is, I guess, is blond and she has black ears and a black face and her paws get darker towards the ground. We noticed, since she was little, that one of her paws is like this brick color. I mean the fur is red, and we can't see the skin well enough to know if it's the skin or not. It doesn't bother her and it doesn't appear to have any problems. The reason we're worried is her second paw started to redden too. It's a soft pink color atm. What could this be? Is this just coloring or something we should address when visiting the vet?

This is caused from licking and chewing. The saline in the saliva will cause this. Eventually the beard and around the eyes will stain as well. Stop this habit of licking if possible. Allergies and hot spots can cause this. Good quality food is best. If this continues see your vet. Make sure your feeding out of a stainless steel or ceramic dish, glass. Not Plastic!
Reply:She is licking the fur. Most likely allergies or anxiety.
