Any particular exercise to tighten and slim stomach area ...?

hi i got that loose flabby stomach after delivery ... after my first delivery i got my shape back to normal might be cause i was breastfeeding for long time .. but for second i was shifted to formula adviced by doc as my baby was not getting enough milk and weight .... so now after 9 months my stomach looks saggy and lots of skin hanging intead of stif for tight low stomach .. i want to get rid of this .. does anyone have a best exercise or diet or any oil,ointment anything that can do my stomach back to normal .. it looks awkward when i wear pants and skirts .. :((

Hi i do know a yoga ..





Sleep flat on an exercising mat and lift ur legs high straight up perpendicular to floor and slowly get ur feet down to touch ground .. the longer u take the stonger the muscles get worked .. u can feel the pressure on ur abdomen right away !!





And if u dont feel this is working then try a patch sold on e-bay people days its good and working on any part including stomach its non surgery ..

Reply:Stomach crunches, which is like a sit-up, but you dont go all the way up. Also sit-ups, twisting at the waist, power walking, jogging. Diet, just eat more fruits and veggies with bout 9 oz of protein, something like that. Or do what they say while you are pregnant, eat less more thru the day.
Reply:You can do stomach crunches and/or sit-ups to tighten your stomach muscles, but if your skin is stretched out, there's nothing that can be done. No oil or lotion or ointment or exercise will help. The only way to fix over-stretched skin is surgery.
